Do you have a physical store?
Currently we don’t have any physical store yet. But, you may stay tuned to our Facebook or Instagram Page for more updates.
How should I choose the size of the curtain?
W = Width, L = Length
For example, W140xL150 = WIDTH is 140cm and LENGTH is 150cm
How many pieces do I need to purchase for 2 panels window?
You may refer the size chart below OR you may contact us if you need advice.
How many pieces should I purchase for 3 panels sliding door?
We usually recommend 2 - 3 pieces for sliding door, but it would be better if you provide measurement to us so we can advise better.
How much light do blackout curtains block?
Blackout : Block 70 - 90% of sunlight. But it depends on the curtains’ colors. The darker it is, the better blockage it will be.
Do you have Ring / Eyelet / Grommet type?
Yes. We do have Eyelet type of curtains, but only for certain collections. You may check it thru the size options that we provided on product pages.
How many hooks will be in 1 piece of the curtain?
Usually it will be around 7 – 8 hooks for 1 piece of curtain.
How do I know the curtain that I purchase is French Pleat or Eyelet?
We have stated in the size option. So, you may choose it whether you want to purchase Pleat or Eyelet curtains.
Are all curtains available in stock in Malaysia?
Yes. All our curtains are ready stock.
Do you sell by 1 piece or 1 set?
We usually sell by piece. But if you want 1 pair, you may purchase 2 pieces.
Do you do customization?
No. We do not offer customization. All our curtains are ready-made.
Does the width size include hooks?
No. All the sizes that we stated are not included hooks.
Which of the collection is blackout?
We have stated the characteristics for each curtain on the products’ description. To be convenience, here’s the table for each collection's characteristic.
How do you sell?
We sell by pack.
Single Prong= 50pcs / pack
4 Prongs = 12pcs / pack
What is the quality type for curtain hooks?
Our 4 prongs curtain hooks are coated with white powder whereas single prong is silver coated.
How do you sell?
We sell by roll.
Size per roll is 106cm (width) x 15.6m (height).
Is it self-adhesive?
No, you are required to purchase the wallpaper adhesive and paste it by yourself.
Do you do the installation?
No, we don’t do for installation.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only provide shipping within Malaysia.
Do you deliver to all parts of Malaysia?
We ships to West Malaysia and East Malaysia, excluding off-shore islands such as Langkawi, Redang, Tioman and etc. If you are not sure whether we deliver to your area, you may contact our customer service to check for it.
How do you shipped my orders ?
We use courier service (GDex) to ship your orders.
How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your texbook.co account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
How long will it take for me to received my orders after making payment?
You should expect to receive their orders within 5 to 10 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received , for East Malaysia require 10 to 15 working days.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once order completed, we will send you a tracking number to the email address that you have registered.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
How can I change my order after it’s been placed ?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately at email@example.com upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. However, if orders are processed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
What happen if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order ? (Damage or Lost Delivery) ?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (if applicable).
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
- In the event of damaged products received, we will require photo proof of the affected products and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at email@example.com
- In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in GDex and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
Can I request for return if I'd like to exchange to something else?
Yes, you may return the product to us that you would like to exchange within 24 hours. The return products must be in a brand new condition and with original packaging. We will reserved the rights to reject the return if the return products fails to comply with our terms and conditions. However, there will be a surcharge of 20% return fee for each returned item.
